Trigger event or method when movie-image loads

Need to do something quite simple. Trigger an event or method when a new movie-image loads.

So thinking just use an Info CHOP with Scope set to the file parameter of my MovieFileIn TOP. And then a CHOP Execute DAT.

But the MovieFileIn TOP file param is not included in the scope of the Info CHOP.

So how to accomplish?
