Trigger light source in 3D Files

Hello, I am quite a beginner in TouchDesigner.

I have already completed some tutorials and would now like to implement my first “own” idea.

Short description:

I want to load a 3D model with pre-placed lights (from Blender) into TouchDesigner and control the individual light sources with music. Just simple on/off control, color, and intensity.

I already know how to make things audio-reactive, but how can I control individual light sources? Or do I need to place them again in TouchDesigner?

My specific idea:

There is a building in my area with neon signs. I want to model the building, and the camera should orbit around it based on the music. The scene should be dark and moody, and the neon signs should flicker in sync with the music—each sign reacting to a different sound frequency. Some light sources are behind windows—is this even possible?

Thanks a lot! And if these topics are already covered somewhere, I’d appreciate a link to a thread or tutorial. I haven’t found anything myself.
