I’m rather new to TouchDesigner and I’m working on an installation piece involving projection mapping for university. The installation will be consisting of 8 pillars forming a short calendar, one for each month. The idea is that as a user interacts with the app the date changes and the pillars fill in with colour respectively. I’m not too sure how to use triggers to implement this and what the process would be?
I’ve got a .toe file attached that has a mock up of the installation along with the python file too. Inside the text.dat is the variable ‘chosendate’, this is what I think would be the trigger to fill in the pillars.
The CSV is needed for the python too!
