I know this probably isn’t any fault of touchdesigner, but i’m having some troubles sending midi information via direct Ethernet. The Abletonsync M4L instrument doesnt seem to have any problems connecting to the host pc running TouchDesigner, its when I wish to control the instrument using the “TDSync Controls” that i have problems.
I’m using Ethernet Midi (linuxsampler.org/ethernetmidi/) and LoopBee Internal Midi on both computers. They even both seem to send and receive the midi fine! anyone have any experience using this program or has anyone achieved midi over network before? If anyone has any better suggests for midi over Ethernet please let me know.
