My twitter ticker broke with the API change a while back and I’ve struggled to get a reliable replacement. I was using RSS before and the work arounds are too slow to be considered live. What’s the best technique these days for querying #'s or user account feeds and getting them into touch?
I used the twython library recently to get Twitter data into Touch. Easy to use, instant, and worked reliably:

I was in the same boat in Mid-January when all of a sudden (and without any notice or documentation) my other library just stopped working!
They discontinued the old api right as we were halfway through a show 
Brutal. I was lucky in that my show was a few weeks away still. What library did you switch to?
