UI Corrupt on Macbook Pro

I’m just getting started with the non-commercial version of TouchDesigner.
I downloaded and installed version 2023.12120 onto my Sonoma 14.6.1 Intel MacBook Pro (2019).
And the UI is missing all sorts of text (see image). Functionally I can guess what’s what and it will create the right nodes but pretty unusable.

I found a post about clearing duplicates in Font Book but trying that didn’t help.
I would love any help.

Ping!
Just downloaded and ran 2023:12230 with the same results. Confirmed my resolution is default for this Intel MacBook. Removed all AppData and re-ran with same results.
Other people are running just fine on MacBooks? Thanks.

Hi @vorp,

can you see if you have Verdana installed as a User Font and if disabling it can resolve this issue?

cheers

That did it! I went into Font Book and I do have a number of User Fonts.
I disabled “Verdana” and now TouchDesigner looks correct. Thanks again!
