I cant seem to be able to export a video file in touch designer. even in project preview, it shows up blank. i picked touch designer three days ago and i feel too overwhelmed troubleshooting. pls help lol.
Assuming you have dropped and are using the MovieFileOut TOP, make sure you’re not selecting either H.264 or H.265 as codecs since those can only be used with an Educational, Commercial or Pro license (Licensing | Derivative)
my video codec is set to photo/motion JPEG
Are pictures working fine or are those also coming out as black?
Do the videos still have a lenght / any data inside?
Do they have audio? If so what kind of audio is it and what are its settings?
The more info you provide the easier it can be to spot any potential issue, the screenshots above aren’t really showing much that we can help investigate the root cause with
