Using panel CHOP in container COMPs to build replicable scoped mouse interaction

Hi everyone, I’d like to share with you my first tutorial on TD. I’ve always wanted to share what I learned in the area of building interactive artwork that take advantage of container COMPs.

This is by no mean groundbreaking but I intend to build on this first tutorial to showcase more complex UI-like artworks based on this technique.
This first tutorial also functions as an exercise for me to get better at explaining, which any of you who tried it might know how difficult it is.

My next tutorials on the matter will concentrate on building more interesting components with more complex interactions (not just using ‘inside’) and different layout techniques (not just built-in children alignment).

I hope it can be of interest to anyone, and I’d apreciate some feedback if you have some :smiley:
