I have a hardware related problem:
I am using a Decklink 8K Pro card in an external TB enclosure to capture 4 streams of 4K Video. The project is a multicam live setup for a big music production.
Sometimes the setup works like a charm for hours but occasionally one input stream freezes. A quick switch from active to inactive to active again in the Video Device In TOP rebuilds the connection. The issue sometimes seems to be related to a signal change of one of the other inputs (eg. a battery change on Cam A causes a freeze on Cam B). One camera is directly converted from HDMI to SDI and fed into the capture cards, the other tree signals go through Teradek wireless systems and fibreglass to SDI. The issue occurs on all four streams.
Resetting the Video Device In TOP every time an input freezes with a button on my Midi controller is my current solution but while the TOP reloads Touch freezes for about 20 frames which is not really acceptable.
I am using a clean install Windows 11 with all drivers up to date and the current TD Version.
Laptop is an Asus ROG with an RTX 5070.
I hope that someone can point me in a direction!
