Hi, I’m evaluating output 4K video using AJA Io 4k Plus.
Video Device Out TOP doesn’t work over HD resolution(single link).
The error message says that the firmware doesn’t support it, but I’m able to out 4K using AJA Control room.
I attach an error message capture.
