I use a kworld dvd maker as a video in device in touch. both of mine have stopped working in touch. any suggestions?

When did they stop working? When you upgraded versions? From what version to what version. If you uninstall and downgrade versions, do they work again?
I’m not sure when they stopped working as it’s been a few versions since i last used them. I’m using build 3507 currently. I’m not exactly sure where to download older builds.
They definitely work with other capture software though.

Can you also try the latest official build, which is 3712. The one you are using is an experimental build.
