Maybe you can use this old trick

Another option to keep in mind is that any channel expression cubic(), linear() etc, can also be any tscript expression at all. Relevant local variables are: _FT (fraction time… 0 to 1) _LT (locatl time… 0 to length of channel) Thus you can use the local variables in combination with the chopi() expression to reconstruct any CHOP channel into your keyframe editor.
