What exactly is Slope TOP doing

Can anyone explain what exactly is Slope TOP doing. I read the derivative wiki of Slope but its not clear for me. I only understood its something related to pixel values. I am adding a screen shot with a TOP noise and Slope connected to it. But didnt get the connection between values.

Hi Arun, Have you looked at the OP Snippets for Slope TOP? Attached is an improved version (in next Experimental) which may help. It turns out that giving it simple shapes is best to understand what it’s doing.
