What type of operator is this?

I searched all operator menus Comp Top Chop Sop etc - but cannot find anything that looks like what is inside the red line.

That the maker of the video uses it to surround and highlight a section of the network.

Hi @pburger,

this is called a Annotate COMP - a special operator that is usually not placed via the OP Create Dialog but are usually placed interactively in the network pane ui as Comment, Network, or Annotate Boxes.
