Why does POP noise freezing for no reason, is this a bug?

As you can see, I linked a Noise SOP and Noise POP respectively. The strange things happened, the Noise POP is freezing and the Noise SOP moves fine. Why is that? I am new to POP family.

I figured it out. When I inserted Noise SOP, the operator will add “absTime.seconds” to translate z automatically, but the Noise POP doesn’t.
