Hey Guys,
I am new to TD and using it for development with Oculus/Vive/Kinect/360. I am now experimenting with Midi Controllers, Ableton Push in particular.
When I plug the Push to my PC running Win 8.1, TD detects Ableton Push somehow when I look up the Device Table from the MIDI In CHOP. midi_inputs and midi_outputs tables have Ableton Push on row 0 and row 1. However, its not ported to the table “device” which may be required to read the Device ID. So, I don’t have any devices showing. I checked the MIDI Device Mapper, no devices are showing up. I reinstalled TD as I looked through issues on the forum and it could have fixed the problem but it didnt for me.
I am trying to start a clip from Push to send CLOCK info to TD via Ableton.
Am I doing something wrong? Should I be using MAX MSP instead and/or OSC ?
