Wire breaks in Clone when collapsing OPs inside of Master

When collapsing wired ops in a master base, the wires connecting the collapsed ops in the cloned base break.

To reproduce in attached .toe:

Go into base1, select both TOPs, right click on network and collapse the selected ops. Go back to root and into base2 which is a clone of base1. You will see that the two tops are no longer connected by wire, giving an error.

I can reproduce on my end.
