yes to all not working in clones?

I have a component called COMMON

it’s cloned in a lot of places.

first: if I add an Out, it bothers me that (since this is a new operator and it doesn’t affect anything yet) I’m asked most of the times if I want to rename whatever… it shouldn’t rename anything… since it’s a new operator

second: if I say Yes to All, I’m asked for it again and again for every clone I have!! It’s endless and scary.

Not exactly sure what you mean. What rename dialog comes up? Definitely seems wrong.

I drop in an Out DAT in my COMMON component - fine, it’s named out1

I haven’t yet used it anywhere else mind you.

I now rename it to Myname

the Change Parameter dialog box comes up:

Rename ./out1 to ./Myname?
Paramaters: /PROJECTS/CORE/IO/opviewer (I don’t have opviewer in my network)

I click Yes To All

next box comes up
Rename…
Parameter /PROJECTS/Plastic/CORE/IO/opviewer

again I say Yes To All

next:
Rename…
Parameter: /PROJECTS/Plastic/CORE/UI/CORE/UI/opviewer

and so on… it takes forever as I’m using this component, cloned, pretty much everywhere.
